30-Day Return Policy

At Watchello, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window— significantly exceeding the 14-day minimum required by European Directive 2011/83/EU.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Products must be returned unused and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and seals must be intact.
  • Return shipping costs and method are the customer’s responsibility. Watchello is not liable for any lost shipments or delays in the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your personal account on account.watchello.com.
  2. Navigate to the "My Orders" section and select the order you wish to return.
  3. Click on "Request Return" and follow the provided instructions to complete your return request.
  4. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed email instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product, please follow the return process outlined above. Once your return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.
