Shipping and Deliveries
Shipping Options and Costs
At Watchello, we guarantee safe and fast delivery for all orders, using only top-tier courier services.
Courier Services: All orders are shipped with either DHL Express or UPS International, depending on the destination. Watchello reserves the right to choose the most appropriate courier service for your location to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping based on the destination country and the order value. The minimum order amount required to qualify for free shipping varies depending on your location. During checkout, once you enter your shipping address and complete all required details, the system will automatically display whether your order qualifies for free shipping. This way, you will always have a clear overview of your shipping costs—or lack thereof—before confirming your purchase.
Single Shipping Fee: You pay for shipping only once per order, regardless of the number of items.
Order Processing and Dispatch
Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Friday) after receiving payment, if the order is placed before 11:00 AM CEST (Central European Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during public holidays or high-demand periods such as sales and holiday seasons.
No Shipping on Weekends or Italian Public Holidays.
All items for sale are in ready stock and shipped from our warehouse in Italy, ensuring reliable and traceable delivery to international destinations.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Italy: 24 hours for Mainland, 48 hours for Remote Regions
- EU countries, United Kingdom, United States: 48 hours
- Australia, New Zealand, and the rest of the world: 72 to 96 hours
Please note that delivery times are an average calculated upon our experience and may vary due to customs or courier delays, which are beyond our control.
Failed Delivery Attempts and Storage
If the courier cannot deliver due to repeated failed attempts, the parcel will be stored for up to 5 business days.
If not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to Watchello’s warehouse at the customer’s expense (see below for more information).
After 1 month of non-collection, products will be considered abandoned, and Watchello reserves the right to retain the full order value.
Refusal or Non-Delivery Due to Customer Action
If delivery is refused or impeded due to recipient-related reasons, the following costs will be deducted from the refund:
- €15 for deliveries within Italy
- €35 for deliveries within EU, UK and US
- €70 for deliveries to the rest of the world
Additionally, any payment processing fees (e.g. PayPal, credit card, Amazon Pay) will also be deducted, along with any applicable re-importation taxes.
Upon Delivery
Customers have to:
- Check that the number of parcels matches the courier's delivery note.
- Verify the integrity of the packaging.
- Any issues (e.g., damage or tampering) must be noted immediately on the delivery receipt. Without this, we cannot accept complaints regarding damage or missing items.
Post-Delivery Issues
Report any problems related to product condition or completeness within 3 days of delivery through one of the official contact channels on our website.
Customs and Import Duties
EU Customers: No additional taxes or duties. VAT is applied based on the shipping country.
Non-EU Customers: For customers outside the European Union, VAT is not applicable and therefore excluded from the displayed price. Duties and import taxes remain the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
If the recipient refuses to pay duties, the package will be returned and Watchello will deduct all return and handling fees from the refund.
